Buyer is responsible for contacting to initiate the return process.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 5 days of the delivery of your product. After 5 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
  • restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY. We DO NOT provide refunds, only exchanges or store credit. 
  • All discounted, sale, and clearance items are FINAL sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes the use of coupon codes.
  • All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
