Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
What is your return/refund policy?
We here at Afro-Indie Adornments stand behind our products. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and you will be offered an exchange for that product in the same price range or a store credit. We DO NOT except refunds, only store credits. The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
**Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are FINAL SALE, this includes the use of coupon codes.**
What if I need expedited shipping?
If your order is needed by a specific time and you have any concerns, please email us at Hello@shopafroindie.com before purchasing the item to ensure the time to ship + the delivery time will reach the final destination in your expected time frame. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Please make sure you have the correct address for where the products are to be shipped. If any package is returned to the seller due to an invalid/undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping payment.
How long does delivery of order take?
Afro-Indie Adornments uses UPS for shipping. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted (restrictions apply for pre-sale items). Once the package has been shipped and is in the possession of UPS, actual delivery time is dependent upon UPS (standard or ground shipping) and is out of Afro-Indie Adornments control. Domestic Shipping: All domestic packages are shipped through UPS standard with a normal delivery time of 2-3 days.  All domestic UPS shipped packages will include detailed tracking information. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for international orders.

Yes we ship worldwide.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
What if my order was received damaged?
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us at Hello@shopafroindie.com within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product. We will NOT consider or process any returns or exchanges for damaged goods after the 48 hour window expiration as previously stated.
Note: Afro-Indie Adornments is not responsible for packages mailed to us, therefore we kindly suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return (store credit) or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return (store credit) or exchange has been processed.
